Our cuisine finds its origins rooted deeply in the territory of Sardinia, where we source fresh fish from our surrounding sea, seasonal vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, and berries from the Mediterranean scrub, along with homemade pasta and local cheeses. Quality is our priority in our sourcing process, with a focus on the seasonality of ingredients. This commitment to quality and seasonality drives us to frequently update our menu, ensuring the excellence and freshness of our dishes.
Led by Chef Antonio Liso, our culinary approach blends tradition with innovation, guided by his personal taste. Embracing the philosophy of “less is more,” Chef Liso creates dishes that are perfectly balanced in their simplicity, meticulously curated by him and our kitchen team.
In recent years, we’ve expanded our vegetarian offerings with enthusiasm, aiming to provide delicious and carefully crafted dishes for all guests. We happily accommodate special dietary needs, such as gluten-free requirements. Our recipe book with all allergenic ingredients is readily available for our customers to provide all the necessary, precise and effective information.
